iPad mini 2 cannot connect to iTunes

I just bought a iPad mine 2 and use OTA to upgarde to iOS7.0.4

But I cannot connect it to iTunes 11.1.3

I tried on 2 PC with no response.

ie. iTunes on Windows XP have no response. only the system device list have the devcie "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver".

for iTunes on Macbook, it prompt a error with cannot connect to iPad due to device timeout.

Guys, any idea?

thanks, Tom, problem solved as I found the iPad will prompt and request me to trust the connected computer or not.
