Can you organize your reading list?

Clicking on the Bookmark icon pops open the Bookmarks | Reading List | and Shared Links.

I know you can re-arrange (organize) your bookmarks, but is there a way to re-arrange (organize)

your Reading List?

I'd like to be able to drag and drop or change places with many of the webpages I have listed,

so that ones I'm most interested in remain near the top of the list.
