Webpages loading slow (with any browser) but internet is working fine?

My appologies if this question has already been asked, I searched and couldn't find an answer that could help me.


Since a few months ago, my Macbook has had trouble loading webpages either incredibly slowly, or not at all. If not at all, I get a message saying the server is not responding. The internet service is working for everyone else in my house. I


I've tried using Safari, Chrome, ect. It's all the same. I've pinged the backbone of several sites and it's all come back fine. I've tried flushing the DNS cache, and I just recently had my hard-drive replaced because of another issue and this problem has still persisted.


Does anyone know of any solution or the cause to this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.


Info on my Macbook Pro 13'':

- Mid 2012 model

- 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

- 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7

- OS X Version 10.9.1

OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Recently got hard-drive replaced
