How to disable Safari website push notifications requests?

I'm tired of Safari asking me about a website wanting to send me push notifications, such as this:

User uploaded file

How can I disable this from prompting me in the future for ALL websites I visit that want to send me push notifications? I have gone into the Notifications in System Preferences and disabled everything for Safari, but I'm still getting these annoying pop-ups.

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

There is a recent software update that includes Safari version 7.0.3 that: "Adds a preference to turn off push notification prompts from websites"

If you run this update from the App Store to get this latest version of Safari you can navigate through the Safari menu:

Safari > Preferences > Notification (tab)

You should see a checkbox towards the bottom of the Notification tab/pane with this option which should do what you require.
