Q: iPod touch video troubleshooting

I am having trouble uploading certain purchased videos from the itunes store onto my ipod touch. Some do and some don't. I have updated the ipod touch, tried moving, deleting and readding them. It just won't upload certain videos..I mean like Britney Spears?? I'm just saying, please help somebody.

What model iPod?
Any error messages when you sync?
