Begone foul error message!

One day (maybe caused by itunes) My cd reader decided to not load, not in my computer or anything. So googling it and following instructions on fixing worked. This involved removing something from the registry. But alas. Nothing is ever fixed properly. Now evertime I open itunes I get this horrible nagging error that I can get rid off. Its to do with buring/importing and I dont use either, because I dont live in the past and buy music cds, (they are sooooo outdated). Therfore I dont EVER use the importing or burning feature of itunes. But I dont want this error either. I dont want to reinstall itunes unless its the onlyway, simply because I dont want it to happen again, and I have my itunes set up perfectly.

Anyhelp to get rid of this thing?
