Help! I can't erase my Apps and I don't have an Appstore anymore!

Try to Update your Mac Os x and check if it solves your problem.

Settings > General > Restrictions; If you're restrictions are on that means you have those two things restricted

Deletings Apps

Installing Apps

Turn them back on
