my old pc itunes got deleted

please help my old pc ( and itunes libary ) got deleted because the pc had a virus. now every time i try to syncronise my iphone and ipad to the new itunes libary it wants me to delete it all.but i have loads of things that i need to be on that pc. please help!!!?
