Printing to HP LaserJet 6MP via HP JetDirect Print Server 500x (J3265A)

I am trying to set up my PB to print to a HP LaserJet 6MP which is connected to Port 3 of a HP JetDirect Print Server 500x (J3265A). When I select "IP Printing", Printer Type: "Socket/Jet Direct", the "Queue" toggle is not highlighted (I have entered the Queue # for Port 3, but it doesn't register). The Printer Setup Utility selects on the IP only and the printing occurs at the printer on the default Port 1 (only a couple of garbled lines). Suggestions please...I'm stumped...

There's either queue name (LPD protocol) or, there's port number 9100, 9101, 9102 to differentiate ports in HP JetDirect-Socket protocol. You have to go to the advanced Socket protocol to be able to enter the port number, because Apple has defaulted to 9100 in the easy setup.

Click ADD while holding down the option key, select Advanced from the bottom of the list that comes up, then select "AppSocket/HP JetDirect." name it. Fill in the URI:
socket://IP_address:9102
(9102 for third port)

Good luck.
