Jan 11, 2014 9:54 AM in response to den.thedby Gneal,I went to the site and at the bottom of the screen that shows my scanner there is nothing listed for any software as their system "sensed" that I had Mavericks installed. I'll plan on calling their support line on Monday but, I'm not all that positive that there will be a good answer. Thanks anyway . .

Jan 11, 2014 12:58 PM in response to Gnealby baltwo,Open the Printer & Scanner prefPane, reset the printing system, and readd the scanner. If that doesn't do the trick, then contact Canon.
