I am trying to download a zip file from a shared Dropbox folder...

I am trying to download a zip file from a shared Dropbox folder and I get a "Failed - Network error" message in the downloads bar at the lower left of the window. This didn't happen two days ago. The folder has grown in size since the last successful download but this shouldn't be a factor. It seems to be a possible issue between Dropbox and the network but I'd like to rule out any other interconnectivity issues first before I accept that.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

The Dropbox servers were down for a while but they're supposed to be up now.
