Q: My iphone 4 on ios 7 (t mobile uk) only receives 2G signals not 3G.

My iphone 4 on ios 7 (t mobile uk) only receives 2G signals not 3G. 3G only works when network settings are reset. Not sim problem because it works on another Iphone just not on mine. I tried contacting t mobile they gave me boosts but worked for 30 minutes and then back to 2G. I tried restoring without back up and everything. Any suggestions?
