Down grading OS 10
How can I change my OS 10.7.5 to OS 10.6.8?

Alternatively, if you made a clone backup before installing 10.7 you can restore the clone to an external hard drive, or a Time Machine backup that has not been updated you can restore that to an external hard drive. You can't install 10.6 directly top of 10.7, or any older Mac OS X on directly top of a newer without finding some applications out of sync and unable to run on an operating system they weren't tested with.
Your profile is not up to date which didn't make things easy until I noticed you still had your old 10.5.8 showing. So yes, you can downgrade to 10.6.8 but with difficulty.
