Tehtering iPhone to MacPro

Hoping someone can help me out...

I'm looking to tether my iPhone5 (AT&T) to my Macbook Pro laptop, (I need Internet on my laptop when wifi isn't an option).

Anyone know how to set this up on both devices?

(Both devices are running the latest OS's)
