HELP WITH APPLE ID AND SECURITY QUESTIONS

I recently purchased an iPod 5th Generation. Two years ago I purchased an iPod 4th Generation. With my new iPod i figured I would reuse my Apple ID for iTunes and iMessage and the App Store. A while later I purchased a iTunes 25 dollar gift card. I then logged in the gift card into my app store. I went to Purchase something and it said I had to answer security questions. I didnt know the answers so I went through and completed the steps to change them. I then went to answer the security questions again and it said the answers were wrong! I am 100% positive I am typing them correctly. What should I do? Do I need to wait a certain amount of time before those answers will work? Someone help me please! I'm only thirteen and I am lost! 😢
