hi i have a iphone 4 was a monthly contract but have upgraded to iphone5 so here is the problem i have tried to put a payg sim into phone same network but it says no service i have had the sim checked and they say its fine must be the phone but it was working fine untill i tried a payg sim have tried to get back onto itunes but it comes up with steves iphone failed to activate please can anyone help me ee provider are usless the handset is less than 3 months old should i send it back to apple...... thanks
