What happens if I make an in-app purchase but don't receive it?

I made an in-app purchase while playing Candy Crush, but my iPad locked up so I had to shut it down. When I reopened the app the purchase wasn't there. Do I have any recourse?

If the game doesn' have an IAP download option in it then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
