iCould can't be installed on Windows 7. Error occurring.

Hi!

I have deinstalled my icould control panel as it didn't synch the photos from my photo stream anymore (although it's enable and all is in order on my iPhone), and now I can't install it back. Not manually and not via Apple Software Updater. The same error is occurring over and over. I've restarted my Laptop 3 times.

I have no idea what to do! Could anybody help me or has an idea why this is happening?
