safari doesn't work

I have already bought my iphone 5s this morning. Before to install other apps, I try to open Safari. When I click to the icon, Safari appears and doesn't do anything more, I can't do anything touching the screen of my iphone, I have to click on the home botton to continue using my phone. And when I go to the adjust (preferences) and go to Safari section, it doesn't work to, like when I try to surf in Safari. I can't scroll the screen or touch other section, I have to touch the home botton. What can I do?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, 1 day of life. Recent new.
