I need help with my email. I contacted AT&T an my cox cable,

It is not them. I have wasted hours on phone trying to

fix this 911 help apple has not been helpful

Yet! I can't send or rec. I have a iPhone 3

iPhone 3GS (8GB), iOS 6, 1/7 not rec email Why Help???
