Why after I reset my Apple ID I still can't log into my iTunes ?

Welcome to the Support Communities!


The following articles should help you with this. If you change your Apple ID, you need to update those changes in other services that use it, like the iTunes Store.


You will also need to sign out of the iTunes Store on your devices and sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchases in order to access them.
