hi, i was downloading grand theft auto 3 since lastnight and its not finishing downloading yet, so why is that ???

hi there tech support, i was downloading grand theft auto 3 since lastnigth on my ipod, but it did not fully download aand started it back up again on my laptop, to see if would move a little faster and i would just connected to the ipod or icloud. so far its taking half a day again but nothing, so can we or you fix this problem ??? thank you
