iPod Touch Recycle Discount

The answer I need hasn't been anywhere! And it's a simple question.

I want to trade my iPod Touch 4 in, to put towards a refurbished 32gb iPod Touch 5. Can I use the 10% discount on a refurbished model? It's not worth trading in anywhere else, because they don't offer much. I didn't see that in the Recycling FAQ here and nowhere on the web even talks about buying refurbs with the discount.

Yes you can trade it in for a 10% discount. The website is here https://www.apple.com/recycling/ipod-cell-phone/ and also includes the FAQ.

I finf noting in the FAQ in your ling that says that. The FAQ does includes

Which products qualify for the Apple Recycling Program?

Any iPad, iPhone, Mac, or PC — desktop or notebook — may qualify for reuse or free recycling.
