Go to icloud.com from your computer and use Find My iPhone to see if your phone is listed as a device and appears on the map.

Make sure that you signed in on icloud.com using the iCloud account that the phone is using.  Also make sure that the phone is signed into the account in Settings>iCloud, that Find My iPhone is turned on, and that the phone is turned on with a connection to the internet (either using wifi or cellular data).

If it still doesn't appear, try turning Find My iPhone off on the phone, then turn it back on again after a few seconds and see if it appears on icloud.com now.
