Iphone 5 Sounds Low?

My Iphone 5 is updated to ios 7.0.4 and recently I have been having problems with my keyboard lagging like when I type the letters on the keyboard stay on longer than they should when I tap. Also my sounds like the lock, sent message, incoming message, etc. are really low and I have the sound all the way up even on the settings. Please fix!
