What kind of filable form are you talking about? A PDF Form or something else?

No. You can however create the form in Pages, print it to pdf and then add the interactive form features in Acrobat Pro.

Something else. I have a small retail business and need to have a purchase order on my iPad I can use at market.
I need to create a blank purchase order to use at market ( for a small retail business). With the number of showrooms and the multiple lines they carry, I need to be able to fill out order sheets, save and move to a new PO quickly. What is the best way to do this? I am new to pages, I've been taking hand written notes then inputting into excel. I am really wanting to use my iPad at the next market.

How do you propose to print it?

I don't need to print at market, thank goodness. I write the PO's as I work the showrooms during the day then review and revise after. Orders are turned in at the end of market. I just need a way to keep showrooms and lines separate. If there is another program/app that will work better I am open to ideas.
FileMaker Go works with the heavy duty FileMaker on the Mac so can do just about anything.
