iPad mini is not responding. Screen stays blank. Have plugged in to charge. Held down restart button. No reaction. Any ideas

Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for about 10 seconds until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad should restart.

My iPad mini is not responding at all I.e. screen stays dark. Have plugged in to charge and held down restart button. No reaction in to charge, held down restart button a few seconds etc. no reaction. Any ideas. Willliam
