1 Dead Pixel..?
I purchased my macbook with retina display yesterday and noticed there is one very very small grey dead pixel at the top right of the screen. I know there is a return policy, but is it even worth it to exchange for that?

Is there a possibility this is a stuck pixel? Could they be grey? Or are dead pixels typically grey? I can see this pixel on green backgrounds, blue, white but not black since its grey
