I'm using iPhone 5s black 32 GB, bought on 15th Nov 2013. I could not find FaceTime on my iPhone. I searched in full setting but I didn't find.
I already read in some discussions that model which have "AE" on it that will not have FaceTime.
What is ther reason.
How do I get FaceTime for My mobile.

iPhones sold in KSA and UAE have FaceTime permanently disabled.

That's because that phone came from a country where Facetime is banned by law. It has been permanently disabled on all iPhones sold in that country.
Myself and my brother bought in same place UAE, but he have FaceTime. He bought on Dec 1st 2013.
Now am using in India, any possible way to install facetime on my mobile.
Hat's because your brother bought a gray market phone that was illegally imported to UAE and re-sold.
You can not get facetime on your phone. Ever.
So no chance for me to use FaceTime on my mobile.
No other way?

Try your settings. Sometimes it's just a wrong button position.
Did you even read this thread before you posted? Facetime is banned by law in UAE and has been PERMANETNLY REMOVED from all iPhones sold there.
I didn't have facetime on my iphone?
