How do I edit my billing information, meaning changing the credit card that I am currently using?

I need help changing my billing information. I want to change my current credit card to a new one. How do I do that?

If you are referring to your iTunes account:

Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap ID > View Apple ID > Sign in with password > Payment information > edit credit card information
