my app store and itune still in japanes language, how do I change it back to English?

i have a language setting problem on my Iphone5. I changed the settings from japanese to English as the phone was purchased from Japan. All other apps are back English, except Itunes and App Store, which are still in Japanese. How do I change them back to English? I need your help please as this is quiet irritating.
