Can I set up a shared calendar so that multiple persons can add and appointments to the same shared calendar ?

I have set up a shared calendar in iCal so that multiple people can view and add events to one calendar so that we can co-ordinate our time together. However, the others only seem to be able to view the events and cannot add their own to the calendar.

Any suggestions / support will be welcomed !

GB,

It sounds like your calendar is being shared "Publicly." Participants with "Public" access can view the calendars, but will not be able to modify shared calendars.

Participants with "Private" access can Edit/Delete/Modify the calendar.
