how to unlock iphone 4 country code

hi i am using iphone 4 which is bought in canada(bell 14.0). but now i came to INDIA ..but I am not able to use my iphone 4 here. It is said that I have to remove country lock. please guide me how to unlock country lock so that i can use it also in india.
