Dear sir;

Firstly thanks for your response me but you may misunderstand my question, what i want to know is that I have just bought a phone and i wish to activate it but can not activate because it was locked with an Apple ID and iCloud, So may you please kindly detail me or let me know how to unlock a problem in such like this please?

I assume this is a second-hand phone? If so you need to contact the previous owner and get him either to provide the unlock code or remove it from his list of devices, as I indicated in the second option in my post above.

If you can't contact the previous owner you will be unable to unlock the phone.

Oh! it means that if we forget or in such like my problem just only can not contact to the previouse owner or we forget the code or email left the phone useless, Are you sure that it is no any other solutions in such like this problem? I wish you can help in such like my problem coz I do need it!!! Thanks

I'm sorry to tell you that without the previous owner's code you won't be able to unlock the phone, and there is no way round this.
