Remove flicker

Hello,

I have somme rushes in HDV with high contrast (white/brown, black). At the screen during the camera pan the luminous part of the image (white) seems to flicker. In FCP 7 there was a "de-flicker" filters to solve this problem, but nothing in FCP 10.1.

Have somebody an advice?
