I've created a photo book on my iOS iPhoto, I would like to sync it back to my Mac's iPhoto but it doesn't have such option. Am I miss anything here?

Sorry, Bobbie, there is no such option to sync the book back to iPhoto on your Mac. You can only sync the photos back by placing them into an album and syncing the photos from the album to your mac.

Thanks Leonie, this is driving me crazy... I have been searching everywhere for an answer but seems like there is really isn't one...

Send feedback to Apple, a feature request. It is simply necessary, to be able to save a book back to a computer or at least to print and preview it. Use this form:
