I can' t get my Location Services to turn on?

Question

I cannot get my Location Services to turn on? My wiFi is on and connected . The button will not slide over to green to indicate it is on?

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Hello celina ambler,

You might need to restart your iPhone. If that doesn't do the trick, try resetting it.

Do you have the restriction set that prevent changing Location Services? Settings>General>Restrictions
