I created a photo book on iOS iPhoto and need to export it to PDF. Is it possible to do so?

One can create a pdf copy of the project on both iPhoto and Photos. You cannot find it though on export options. Just open your photobook project and print it as PDF. It will create a decent print ready file (for 10 pages, roughly 300MB).
No, the same answer. 😟 As far as I can see from the documentation and a lot of experimenting with iPhoto, the only thing you can do with a photo book is to send it to Apple for printing. You cannot even create a pdf preview, see: Create and share photo books

Or create a journal instead on your iPhone, see: Create and share web journals.
You can share your journal to iCloud and publish it to your iCloud webpage or to iTunes. On your Mac yo can open the saved webpages in a word processor and print it to pdf.
