Q: iPhone Restore from computer

I tried to restore my Phone through backup stored in my computer. While the backup was halfway through, I unplugged the cable. Now my phone won't start. It's just showing Apple logo and the bar. What should I do?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.1
