Q: when i go to settings- general - usage, it just disappears

Hey

when i go to settings - general - usage, the settings application just getting closed automatically.

i have tried restarting my iphone a couple of times but still the problem exists.

pls help me to solve this issue.

Try a reset, hold the power button and home button until you see the apple then let go.

Make a backup of the device.
Then, restore the device as new.
If the problem disappears, then you had corrupt data on the device.
If the problem remains, the device needs service.
