Q: can i download info from my ipad & ipods to a new itunes that i have downloaded onto my neww laptop

hello

 

i got a new laptop for xmas as my old one is broke - i have pictures & music & films all in my old laptop - but i also have the info on Ipads & ipods - can i download it from my devices onto the itunes i have downloaded onto the new laptop

    It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.  Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.

     

    The iphone/ipod/ipad are not storage/backup devices.  The sync is one way - computer to device.  The exception is itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
