Q: help with the icloud

i just got my father's old iphone4 and he forgot the icloud password and then i tried to reset the password using his email then i found out that the email has been de-activated by yahoo for inactivity what can i do now ? please help !

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

Contact Apple for assistance resetting the password by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password. You will have to be able to prove your identity to them so you should probably have your father do this.
