Problem with my wifi, and apps?

I have multiple using wifi apps like twitter, instagram, youtube, tumblr, polyvore, and an app that changes the app image on the home screen. I also have google search installed, and using that work perfectly fine, as well as safari, my internet shows that I AM connected properly. I re entered the wifi password and restarted my iPod multiple times and even waited a night to see if anything changed. It still doesn't work. I have games that requires a wifi connection and they run normally. I can't use the the AppStore either, will this be a thing that will just go eventually, do I need to go to the apple store to fix it? Or can I do something about it instead?

And about the app that changes the way they look it's CocoPPa, I deleted the changed icons, and now I only have the original ones.
