Sometimes, my tables disappear completely once opened for no reason how do i get them back?? please?

I'm working on very long and hard stuff (about 300 lines for now) and i can't even look at it, the values are displayed in the top row, when i click in the blank nothingness of the page, but it doesn't display at all in the main page..

here's a screenshot! (there's supposed to be a table there right!)

What version of Numbers?

What verion of the OSX?

When Numbers is launched, on the top menu bar, click on Numbers. From that menu, click on About Numbers. What number is listed in the About panel?

I've seen people post similar issues after upgrading to a new OS and the fix is usually there is an accompanying upgrade for iWork.

Can you scroll or drag around the white back ground around? Or maybe insert another sheet and toggle between the two? That might kick someting into displaying?
