I have a 2TB time capsule, previous generation, Model A1409. I have a Foscam FI9821W camera, works fine on my local network. I don't uderstand how to configure for internet access. My camera's intructions say I must "configure port (HTTP port) forwarding on your router." How do I do this with Time Capsule? I have CenturyLink modem and my TC is in Bridge-Mode. Thanks

With the TC in bridge you do not need to do anything on the TC.. it is not working as the router..
All port forwarding is handled by the Century Link modem which must also be the main router.
If I am interfacing with my camera (wirelessly) through the TC, can I set up the CL modem for port forwarding and access via the internet? Or must I configure the camera completely through the CL modem and use CL on my Mac when using the camera at all times?
The present setup is fine.. you do not need to make any changes except to open port 80 on the CL modem to the IP of the camera.. You do need to ensure the IP of the camera doesn't change.. so you should setup dhcp reservation in the CL modem for that to happen. Once you forward a port to a particular IP it has to stay fixed.
None of this affects your local LAN access.. that is still going to work fine.
Okay, set up Port Forwarding on my CL modem, but not clear what my domain name is to enter a URL and access the camera. Any idea how to determine this? Thanks for helping this clueless novice!
Arhhh.. now we get to the hard bit..
You don't actually need a domain.. you need your public IP.
The problem is the ISP keeps changing it.. If you had a static IP you would just stay on the same IP and be done with it.
As it is changing you need to use a Dynamic DNS service.
Check the CL modem for ddns.. and see what services are offered.. some are free but that means they nag you weekly for money.. or upgraded services or something. Some charge but it should not be expensive.

To just test if the port forward is working.. first of all find your public ip.
The easy way to do this is
In your browser then connected to any service outside your own local service.. type in the public address and see if it connects.
