Q: Ipad to ipod?
My computer is gone. My iPod touch had to be replaced. I backed up to the iCloud in advance. My new ipod will only accept recent purchases. Any ideas on how I might be able to transfer music from ipad to ipod?

You can't sync music between 2 devices, you can only sync via a computer's iTunes.
If some of your music purchases show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPod but not all, then have you changed countries since buying the music (content is tied to the country as well as the account), the music is still in your country's store (content providers occasionally remove their items), you've tried logging out and back into your account on your iPod (tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) ?
