My old Toshiba laptop finally crashed and that machine had all of my songs that I had purchased from Rhapsody and ITunes. Those files (songs) are still on my 4S Iphone. How can I upload all of these songs to my ITunes library?

AnaMusic, thanks for the reply...but it didn't really answer my question. I have my IPhone plugged into my new Toshiba laptop. Is there a way to sync or upload all 571 songs to my ITunes library?

It does now.
From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
