Re-install app already bought it.

Hi,

Two years ago I bought and application on the "App Store".

Yesterday I did a clean install of Mavericks OS X, so I delete everything from my laptop.

Now I'm intalling again the programs I had, but I can't install the app that I pursached on the "App Store". I have to pursache it again.

I've sent an email to the owner of the application, and he says that i have to contact with you.

How I could download it again without paying it again?

Many thanks!

Please note you are not talking to Apple here. Just other users.

Are you signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the app before? If so, look under the Purchases tab. If you can't find it, download it again even if it says it will cost money. It should provide a message saying you do not have to pay since you previously bought the item. If it charges you, you can contact iTunes Support for a refund: http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
