why can't i prevent my holiday music from showing up on my iphone

This is really a silly thing. Ever since I subscribed to iTunes Match and the cloud, I cannot prevent my holiday music from appearing on my iphone. So now, when I tell Siri (WHICH IS ALSO A SILLY THING TO HAVE TO DO WHEN I REALLY HATE SIRI) to shuffle all music, I have to put up with holiday music popping up .... in JANUARY!!! ***?? And before you ask, I cannot find an option to uncheck holiday music from iTunes since this device accesses music from the cloud ... seems that option went away. APPLE!!! IS THIS REALLY A STEP FORWARD????
