Q: Problems Installing Logic Stusio 9 with ML OS X

Hi, I am trying to upgrade from Logic Pro 8 to Logic studio 9,

I am currently using ML OS X, When I start the installation process its telling me i cannot upgrade because logic pro 8.0.2.  will not work with this version of Mac OS X, Help please?
